Mr. Pradip K. Saliya Research Officer (Class-II) Directorate of Economics and Statistics,Gandhinagar Alumni - M. Sc. (Applied Statistics) (2012) I am basically a graduate with B. Com. but I chose to study Masters in Applied Statistics and that turned out to be a great decision for me. During my time at the VNSGU, I came to know what’s the need of market and how best I can suit to fulfill my expectations and hence I joined M. Sc. with Applied Statistics. I learned how to practically use different techniques of statistics in market research, government offices, manufacturing units, clinical research, Banks and so on. And last but not least, the faculties are awesome; they are great statisticians themselves and excellent teachers, having years of experience. They treat all of us as family and provide 100% support to build our career. Even after nearly a decade, I talk to the faculties to seek guidance and I always feel welcomed.
